Which countries have the most engaged online casino players? A large-scale industry study has finally provided an answer.
Researchers analyzed the playing behavior of more than 926,000 real-money online casino players across six regulated gambling markets during October 2025. The study measured median session length, offering a realistic view of how long players typically stay active during a single casino session.
The United States topped the list with a median session time of 79 minutes, making it the most engaged market in the research. The United Kingdom followed with 68 minutes, while Canada ranked third at 64 minutes.
Spain recorded an average session of 61 minutes, with Germany and the Netherlands both reporting 54 minutes.
